கருத்தினால் இருத்தியே கபாலம் ஏற்ற வல்லிரேல்
விருத்தரரும் பாலராவீர், மேனியும் சிவந்திடும்,
அருள்தரித்த நாதர் பாதம் அம்மைபாதம் உண்மையே.
எனக்கு புரிந்தவரை:
உருத்தரித்த நாடியில் - சுவாசக் குழாயில் / மூக்கில்
ஒடுங்குகின்ற வாயுவைக் - மூச்சு காற்றை
கருத்தினால் இருத்தியே - கவனத்துடன் கையாண்டு
கபாலம் ஏற்ற வல்லிரேல் - உச்சம் தலையில் நிறுத்தினால்
விருத்தரரும் பாலராவீர், - வயோதிகரும் பாலர் ஆவார்கள்
மேனியும் சிவந்திடும், - தேகம் மிளிரும்
அருள்தரித்த நாதர் பாதம் அம்மைபாதம் உண்மையே. - இறைவனின் பாதம் மட்டுமே என்றும் உண்மை.
Meaning as I understand:
The only 'naadi' (channel) that has a physical form is nose.
This 'naadi' carries air which when held with concentration moves to the top of the head ('Kabaalam')
On practising this everyday, even a old man would feel young and energetic,
the body would start shining.
Its only the feet of the divine which is an eternal truth.
